Terms of use
The rules for using the ekto.fr website, its shop and Ekto’s Discord.
Version 2026-10-boutique, in force since 22 October 2026.
This English version is provided for convenience. Only the French version is legally binding: read it in French
Article 1Purpose
These general terms of use (the “Terms of Use”) govern the use, by any person (the “User”), of Ekto’s online services, published by Yanis Benyacine EI (the “Provider”):
- the ekto.fr website and its shop;
- Ekto’s Discord server.
The purchase of a product is governed by the terms of sale, which prevail over the Terms of Use in the event of conflict.
Using any of these services constitutes acceptance of the Terms of Use. A User who does not accept them refrains from using them.
Article 2Access to the services
The website is accessible free of charge to any User with internet access, the costs of which remain the User’s responsibility. The Provider may interrupt, limit or modify all or part of the services at any time, in particular for maintenance, with no obligation of availability and without compensation, subject to the Terms of Sale for purchases already concluded.
Article 3Rules of use
The User shall not:
- make any use contrary to the law, the Terms of Use or the Terms of Sale;
- access or attempt to access accounts or data that are not their own, or the Provider’s infrastructure;
- disrupt the services: deliberate overloading, denial of service, automated sending of requests, circumvention of rate limits;
- extract the website’s content by automated means, except for indexing by search engines;
- copy, reproduce or distribute the protected elements of the website and of the products (article “Intellectual property”);
- impersonate the Provider, a member of its team or another User;
- publish insulting, defamatory, hateful or harassing remarks or unlawful content, or solicit other Users without their consent.
Article 4Security and vulnerability reporting
A User who discovers a security vulnerability reports it to [email protected], without exploiting it beyond what is necessary to demonstrate it, without accessing other people’s data and without disclosing it before it is fixed. The Provider does not take action against the author of a report made in good faith under these conditions. Any penetration test outside this framework requires the Provider’s prior written authorisation.
Article 5Ekto’s Discord
Ekto’s Discord server is a space for information and exchange between the team, buyers and interested people. It is also governed by Discord’s terms of service and community guidelines, and by the rules displayed on the server.
In addition to the article “Rules of use”, the following are prohibited there: unsolicited advertising and solicitation, sharing or requesting server files, pirated resources or content with circumvented escrow, cheat menus, and disclosing other people’s personal information. The team moderates the server: it may delete a message, restrict or exclude a member, without notice.
Article 6Content published by Users
The User remains responsible for what they publish (messages on Discord, emails, screenshots) and warrants that they hold the rights to it. They authorise the Provider to keep it and use it to handle their request and to provide support, security and evidence. The Provider may remove any content contrary to the Terms of Use or the law.
Article 7Reporting unlawful content
Anyone may report unlawful content published on the Provider’s services to [email protected], the single point of contact for users and authorities, in French or in English. The report states:
- the name and contact details of its author, except for child sexual abuse material or terrorist content;
- the precise location of the content (address, Discord channel, screenshot);
- the reasons why it is unlawful, with the relevant legal provisions if possible;
- a statement of good faith as to the accuracy of the information.
The Provider acknowledges receipt, examines the report diligently and informs its author and the person concerned of the decision taken and of its reasons, as well as of the available means of redress. A manifestly abusive report may render its author liable, and repeated abusive reports are no longer processed.
Article 8Intellectual property
The website, its texts, interfaces, visuals, logos, the Ekto trade mark, and the renders, videos and products of the shop are the property of the Provider. Any reproduction, representation or extraction, in whole or in part, without written authorisation is prohibited, except for the exceptions provided by law and by the licence of the purchased products. FiveM, Cfx.re, Grand Theft Auto, Rockstar Games, Discord and Tebex are trade marks of their respective owners, with which Ekto is not affiliated.
Article 9External links
The services link to third-party websites and services (Discord, Tebex, Cfx.re) which the Provider does not control and for which it is not responsible; their use is governed by their own terms.
Article 10Liability
The information on the website is provided for guidance only and may change; only the Terms of Sale and the product page on the day of purchase bind the Provider. The Provider is not liable for damage resulting from use of the services contrary to the Terms of Use, from unavailability, or from intrusion by a third party despite the security measures in place, unless it is at fault and subject to the Terms of Sale.
Article 11Suspension of access
In the event of a breach of the Terms of Use, the Provider may restrict or close a User’s access to Ekto’s Discord or to the shop, after warning them except in an emergency or in the case of a serious breach. Licences for products already purchased remain governed by the Terms of Sale.
Article 12Personal data
Users’ data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy. The website does not place any audience measurement or advertising cookies; its audience measurement is carried out without cookies, as described in that policy.
Article 13Changes to the Terms of Use
The Provider may amend the Terms of Use. The new version is published on this page and, for a significant change, announced on Ekto’s Discord. Continuing to use the services after it comes into force constitutes acceptance.
Article 14Governing law
The Terms of Use are governed by French law. Disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the courts designated in the article “Governing law and jurisdiction” of the Terms of Sale, or failing that of the courts having jurisdiction under the law.
