Frequently asked questions

Purchase, installation, licence and refunds.

Buying

How do I buy a pack?

On the pack page, click Buy, sign in with Cfx.re, then pay on Tebex. Use the account that holds your server’s licence key: the pack is granted to that account.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once and the pack stays on your account, updates included.

What is the final price?

The price shown, plus any taxes due in your country. Tebex shows the total before you pay.

Where is my invoice?

Tebex emails it to you after the payment.

Installation

Where do I get my pack?

On the Cfx.re portal, under Granted Assets, with the account that made the purchase. You can download it as many times as you need.

How do I install it?

Put the folder in resources, add the ensure line to server.cfg and restart the server.

Which servers do the packs work on?

Every FiveM server, whatever its framework, as long as the licence key belongs to the account that made the purchase.

What about my inventory?

The ox_inventory configuration and the images are included. For another inventory, the guide explains how to declare the weapons.

Can a pack unbalance my server?

No. Each weapon has the stats of its GTA base weapon.

Licence and Cfx.re account

Why do I need a Cfx.re account?

The packs only run on servers whose licence key belongs to the account that made the purchase.

Can I use it on several servers?

Yes, on every server linked to the same Cfx.re account. Reselling and sharing are not allowed.

I bought with the wrong account, what now?

Contact us with your Tebex transaction ID. We will help you ask Cfx.re for a transfer.

Where do the models come from?

They are made entirely by Ekto.

Help and refunds

My pack does not work.

Check that the server’s licence key belongs to the account that made the purchase. If the problem persists, contact us on Discord or by email with the pack name and the server console.

Can I get a refund?

Digital content that has been delivered carries no right of withdrawal. A pack that does not match its description is fixed or refunded, as set out in the terms of sale.
